20th March - Five Star Swing

The best of Swing, Jazz & Blues from Glen Miller to Jools Holland, played by a dynamic band of six highly talented musicians. Five Star Swing is recognised as being one of the most versatile and accomplished Jazz and Swing bands in the UK. A foot tapping evening, not to be missed!

8th May - The Alberni String Quartet

The Alberni String Quartet have enjoyed a worldwide career for more than forty years. Their great experience as performers makes them much sought after and we are extremely fortunate in being able to welcome them to Braughing. As well as being world class performers, they teach at the Royal Academy of Music.

The programme will consist of three Beethoven Quartets:
Op. 18 no.3 in D major
Op. 95 in F minor ‘Serioso’
Op.130 in B flat major
9th October - Music for Two Guitars - the Williams/Kelleher Duo

Sue Williams and Ian Kelleher combine their considerable talents in this impressive guitar duo. They will be performing a repertoire of music arranged for two guitars, spanning centuries and continents. Spanish and Latin gems, contemporary works and jazzy compositions.
4th December - The Fairhaven Singers

Music for Advent and Christmas, including carols for audience participation.

The Fairhaven Singers, under Musical Director Ralph Woodward, have earned a reputation for innovative programming and high-quality performances. Their repertoire ranges widely, from intimate evenings of a cappella music to major orchestral works with world-class soloists, but every concert offers the Fairhavens' trademark of energy, quality and warmth.
